Criminal Statistics in Korea

Korea is considered rather safe but it was ranked as number 9 in OECD countries. There is some controversals on the statitis since the Korean statistics contains all plot of murder so the actual data is much less than this. murder rate in the US and UK is rather high. It seems like that German looks more safe than France. Japan looks more safe than Korea.
