Opening Bank Account

All the foreigner may have a valid bank account. But for all relevant financial transaction, one need to visit a bank according to the Real Name Verification Policy. If one is a non-redsident foreigner, a submission of passport is required. If one resides in Korea, one may submit a foreigner's registration card instead. If one is ethnical Korea, he or she has to bring Address Crtificate Card in order to have same benefits as Korean Nationals.
