Opening Foreign Currency Account

1 Any Koreans who has perminant residency in a foreign country: He/she can create both KRW and foreign currency account in his/her own choice.

2. Foreigners with a residency: He/She can create only KRW bank account.

3. Non-Resident foreigner: Only foreign currency account could be opened.
