영문계약서의 단서 조항

다음은 영문계약서의 단서 조항에 대한 해석이다.

1. except as otherwise specified in a : a에 명시된 것을 제외하고

2. except that(unless and until) : ...의 경우를 제외하고

3. except with the prior written consent of: 사전의 서면승낙을 제외하고

4.  subject to : ...을 조건으로 하여

5. Provided that : 다만,   __ 경우에 한정한다

6. unless otherwise specified in a : a 에 달리 명시되지 않는 한
