Charter Agreement

This Charter Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on [date] by and between [charter company name] (the "Company"), and [charter customer name] (the "Customer").

Charter Services
The Company agrees to provide charter services to the Customer as described in the attached Charter Proposal. The Company will use its best efforts to ensure that the charter services are performed in accordance with the agreed schedule and terms.

Payment
The Customer agrees to pay the Company the full amount specified in the Charter Proposal in advance of the charter services. In the event that the Customer requests any additional services or changes to the original schedule or terms, the Company may charge additional fees.

Liability and Indemnification
The Company will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the Customer during the charter services. However, the Customer acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the Customer or any third party as a result of the charter services.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company, its employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the charter services.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [state/country]. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [state/country], and the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of [state/country].

Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.

Notices
Any notices or communications required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when delivered personally, by facsimile transmission, or by overnight courier service.

Counterparts
This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
