Case 1

“Intellectual Property” means all copyright, patent, registered design, design right, trade mark, application to register any of the aforesaid rights, trade secret, right in unpatented know-how, right of confidence and any other intellectual or industrial property right of any nature whatsoever in any part of the world in relation to the Project.

이 양해각서를 해석함에 있어  지적재산권이라고 함은 이 프로젝트와 관련된 우무형의 모든 저작권, 특허, 실용신안권, 디자인권, 상표 및 전술한 각 권리에 관한 출원권, 사업기밀, 영업상 노하우,  비밀유지권 및 다른 지적재산권이나 산업재산권의 모두 포함한 것을 의미한다.
